The bands are good quality and look like they should last a while before needing replacing. The only thing I would change is having a marker on each one to say which is light, medium, or heavy. Apart from labelling they are a good edition to strength training practice.

The 5 pack of resistance bands are good quality and gave a handy pouch for easy storage. I also like the neutral colourway. Thank you for a high quality useful product for at home strength exercise. Although they could be easily taken to the gym if needed.
