All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another when it has been shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@ampwellbeing.co.uk with your name and order number so we can investigate.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and delivery location.
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times and fees will vary depending on your location.
Yes, we do! Choose the Express Delivery option at checkout. Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Please note: orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Yes, you can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt (30 days for international orders), as long as it’s in original, unused, saleable condition with packaging.
Yes! Email us at support@ampwellbeing.co.uk with your order details and let us know which product you’d like instead.
If the item is in stock, we’ll send you an invoice for the new product. Once paid, we’ll ship it out at no additional delivery cost and include a prepaid returns label for you to send back the original item.
You’ll be refunded for the original product once we’ve received it in unused, resaleable condition with the original packaging.
If you’ve ordered the wrong item, email us as soon as possible at support@ampwellbeing.co.uk with the subject line “CHANGE ORDER”. If we see your email in time, before the warehouse processes your order, we’ll do our best to update it to the correct item.
Please note: Our warehouse is very efficient and orders are processed quickly, especially during the week. We can’t guarantee changes will be made in time, particularly if your message comes in over the weekend.
If your order has already been dispatched, don’t worry—you can still return it. Just email us and we’ll send you a prepaid return label and help you place the correct order.

If you would like to return your product for a refund, yes, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–8 working days after we receive your returned parcel. Funds will be returned to your original payment method within a week of approval.
Yes, if items are returned in less than perfect condition due to unnecessary handling, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Yes, you may be charged VAT or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility.
For EU orders under €150, VAT and duties are collected at checkout through our IOSS registration, no extra charges on delivery. For orders over €150 and all non-EU destinations, additional customs fees may apply on arrival.
Your order may be returned or destroyed. We’ll refund your item price only (not shipping/customs fees) and deduct any return costs.
Yes. Customs processing can delay your delivery. We have no control over these timelines.
