Meet Lucy, Amp's Founder
Amp was born in Lucy’s living room, during early mornings, naptimes, and late-night workouts squeezed between life’s many demands. Like so many of us, she was trying to stay consistent with home workouts, but found that most fitness equipment was bulky, unattractive, and hard to fit into real routines.
So she set out to change that.
Lucy founded Amp to create fitness tools that feel as good as they look—equipment designed to live beautifully in your home and support movement that fits around your day, not the other way around. Whether you’ve got 10 minutes or half an hour, rain or shine, amp helps you show up, feel energised, and build confidence over time.
