Cleaning & Maintenance
Daily: Wipe the surface with a damp cloth after use. Let it air dry fully before rolling.
Deep Clean (Weekly): Use a mild solution of water & a few drops of gentle soap or a 50/50 water & white vinegar mix. Wipe with a soft cloth and let it air dry.

What to Avoid
No oils or lotions – These can stain the mat and reduce grip.
