Lovely pale pink colour, very sturdy material. Pump allows you to blow up to individual needs. Easy to operate with a pin to deflate if too much air or taking it on your travels.
Wasn’t sure on deflating so went for n the Amp chat, Lucy responded with instructions within a short time to give instructions. Just a thought maybe written instructions could be printed when ordering a ball.

Love my wrist weights. Great versatility with being able to remove the individual weights of each band. Making it easier to build up strength on the arms.
