Over three days, you'll work with the expert team from ARVRA, the wellness and longevity platform, alongside Amp Wellbeing's recovery tools — in an intimate group of women.
We've partnered with ARVRA — the expert-led wellness and longevity platform — to create The Core Energy Reset 17th - 20th September. A premium three-night immersive retreat designed to rebuild strength, restore and reconnect you to the power that comes from within.
Led by ARVRA's expert team, with amp wellbeing's design-led wellness tools, this experience blends strength-based Pilates, mobility and longevity education, gut and brain health workshops, and daily breathwork to create a complete reset — physically, hormonally, mentally and emotionally.
Guests will train and recover using amp's recovery equipment, supporting deeper restoration, improved performance and nervous system balance throughout the retreat. With a private chef preparing nourishing, longevity-focused meals each day, every element is curated to help you feel stronger, clearer, lighter, and more energised — from the inside out.
Your schedule, day by day
Day 1 — Re:lease the rush (Ground and connect)
Arrival is intentionally unhurried. Welcome drinks, an opening intention circle to help you transition out of everyday mode, a chef-led welcome dinner, and a gentle evening breathwork session to begin resetting your nervous system. The first night is about arriving fully — not just physically.
Day 2 — Upgrade your system (Internal energy)
Understand what is going on inside. The full day begins with Morning Strength Pilates, followed by a Gut & Brain Health Workshop — one of the sessions we’re most excited about. After lunch there’s a guided mobility flow, nature and reflection time, chef dinner, and a deep breathwork session focused on release and clarity. This is the day you start to feel the shift.

Day 3 — Re:build and elevate (Sustainable energy)
Empowerment Strength Pilates to open the day, then the Longevity Blueprint Integration Workshop — where the education from the whole retreat comes together into a practical plan you can actually use. Personal planning and reflection time, a celebration dinner, and a closing breathwork and gratitude session to close the container.
Day 4 — Departure morning (Carrying the energy home)
Light breakfast, optional gentle stretch or meditation, and departure with your goodie bag. You leave differently to how you arrived — that’s the point.
