If you’re starting out, the Everyday Pilates Set (ring, ball, light resistance band and 2lb ankle and wrist weights) is the gentler first step. If you’re ready for more resistance and load, the Studio Pilates Set adds sliders, 4lb weights and 3kg bars.

Lovely pale pink colour, very sturdy material. Pump allows you to blow up to individual needs. Easy to operate with a pin to deflate if too much air or taking it on your travels.
Wasn’t sure on deflating so went for n the Amp chat, Lucy responded with instructions within a short time to give instructions. Just a thought maybe written instructions could be printed when ordering a ball.
